Greens Report July 2020

July had up to the 23rd a total of 56mm of rain which has helped the course and taken the pressure off the irrigation system.

The greens are currently being cut to a 4mm as they are now under less stress.

All the greens have been spiked with the 1st, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th and 18th being over seeded, then all greens have been top dressed.

Fertiliser, wetting agents and bio-stimulants have been applied every 2 weeks at a light rate to avoid excessive growth.

Even though there has been a fair amount of rain most areas seem ok without excessive growth.
